After installing and configuring the BuzzBuilder app for Salesforce.com, your SFDC admin will need to grant access to the users who have a BuzzBuilder account. This allows 2-way syncing for the people who will be sending BuzzBuilder campaigns via SFDC.
1. Login to Salesforce.com and click on the + icon in the menu bar and then click the BuzzBuilder Users Setting link from your list of tabs.
2. Click the checkbox next to each user who has a BuzzBuilder account. Only selected users will have access to the BuzzBuilder options and page views.
3. Click the Grant Access button.
Click on Revoke Access to remove certain users from the BuzzBuilder layouts
Click on Other Permissions to allow certain users to define mapping of custom fields (Custom Field Mapping allows you to insert custom field data from SFDC into BuzzBuilder emails.)
